We don't provide COD for sales items. Unless you purchase it together with any items from non-sales site.

Reservation is up to 48 hours only.

First come first serve basis. Item will be released to next customer in waiting list upon failure to make payment within 48 hours.

Payment must be made to our MAYBANK account within 48 hours upon order confirmation.

All items are completely brand new, fresh from supplier. No preloved / preowned items here.

Extra measurements or photos of items will be provided upon request.

Deposits / full payment are strictly NOT REFUNDABLE unless items are out of stock.

All items sold are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE or EXCHANGEABLE.

All sales price are FINAL and NON-NEGOTIABLE.

We don't restock any items from sales site.

Posting will only be made on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of every week.

Prices stated are either inclusive pos express / poslaju. We don't provide registered post service. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Items inclusive pos express applies to one item ONLY as pos express fits one - two (thin items) max. If you get two or three items from sales site, buyers are to add RM2 per item and we will upgrade your postage to poslaju. Further explanation will be made in invoice.

Prices inclusive poslaju applies to West Malaysia only. Please add the amount stated below the price for East Malaysia.

However, buy four or more items from sales site in a single purchase and get RM5 off total price + free poslaju to anywhere in Malaysia :)

We are not responsible for any damages or loss during shipment.
